Ribbons were offered in IndieGoGo campaigns for higher tier perks, these are no longer offered. Otherwise they are reserved for special roles. Who knows what future holds, they may be more of them offered .

There was an attempt made in earnest to reach as many Firefall players as possible. I'm sorry that some did not get the emails or see the threads.

That attempt was thwarted by disgruntled TheNein fanbois who reported these good will invitations as spam which had images removed and emails sent to spam folders. Why unsubscribe or ignore when you can ruin it for everybody else, right?

Yes, same here. All is good but I got four emails total and saying it detected I didn't claim my perks. Feel bad for the Em-8er team and the overdrive they are working with this right now. Very good update on things overall though.

As long as the packages show up in your My.em8er.com site under "Campaings and Perks" you can igrnore the emails.

i signed into the new "thingy" yesterday and it said all my perks 'n' stuff was claimed, and today i get a mail saying it hasn't...any1 any idea why that is?

We just fixed a bunch of bugs, it should work for you now!

Wingar and Ben have been stellar in addressing these issues. We've had about a 10% rate of issues with about half of that being user error from our info design issues. The other half actual bugs.
