The packages came from the raw IndieGoGo import. I'm going to have to put up some nice descriptions of the stretch goals as well as the full OmniAce description.

I think I've done it?

I see my pledge for the terraformer package. But I do not see my Firefall credit program.
A bit confused by the "1 raised, $1 goal"
Are the Firefall credit program stats still saved and it's simply not shown on that page? Or have I fallen the the cracks?

Hi! Firefall credits will be imported to users accounts in our next major web push. Don't worry, we have all your commander packs, etc. stored up and safe!

I converted my account but under my packages, it does not say anything about being entitled to veteran package, even though i authenticated my Firefall account which was made in 2015. Am i entitled to veteran rewards? Was not sure if it was updated to accounts already

Founder credit is not yet displayed, but it's coming hopefully soon . Right now you can see only pledges made on indiegogo campaigns if you have made any and verified appropriate emails.

I get this error

It means entered email address has no perks associated with it. Make sure you are entering correct address, it's case sensitive. You can go to IndieGoGo, login to your account, look at contributions to see if you have anything associated with your account and if so go to settings and copy the exact email address.
