supervillains convinced him to be a villain who pretends to be a hero, who nobody will believe is a villain because he is literally called The Fall Guy. they intend to betray him.
abilities:
- minor telekinesis (looks at point on object, then makes a pinching motion with his fingers. can drag object by that point. pinched fingers act as if in contact with object, so can't lift heavy things.)
- make any surface completely flat (runs hand over it)
- cause single full-body spasm (looks at animal)
abilities use nearby plants as a power source, causing them to wilt. they cannot be used if there are no living plants in a certain range (like 50 meters)

wikipedia page of for greyhound racing has a few sources on mistreatment: dogs dead due to improper transport (Arizona Daily Star), dogs euthanised when retired (Associated Press and Peta), dogs living in squalor and used to supply blood to other dogs after retirement(Peta). lot of this has to be either lies or very special cases for 3/4 being euthanised to be worse than the status quo. then again a lot of it does come from Peta.
