He should of listened but i think cops can handle situations better too its tough, and 7 shots seems to be over the top.
Why didn't they use a taser instead or why didn't the police just yank the guy away from the car and the other cover the door?
Its more about the excessive force than skin colour, however what did the police body cam show??

Duct tape team get the big shields out, get to them quick a little bash, wrestle the rioter down, duct tape them let them breathe ofc and call the police have video footage of this less chance of a death.
They should ninja outfits with shields and have duct tape plenty of it!!!!

Not enough duct tape, tape all the guns to one spot as bait then tape the rioters
