Start with one arm push ups, i swear it is easier than it looks.



Start on an incline and work your way down.

Hopefully the last of my little tangent here (repeat after me i shall never drink again.)

If you got a good bench but can't do a one arm push up, where did that strenght go? If your workout doesn't even translate to a very similar motion in a more practical setting, just pushing yourself off the ground with one hand. Seriously, think about it. Where did the power go?

Do you even lift bro?
