New California Law Requires Presidential Candidates To Release Tax Returns
"States have a legal and moral duty to do everything in their power to ensure leaders seeking the highest offices meet minimal standards, and to restore public confidence," said California Gov. Gavin Newsom in his signing statement Tuesday. "The disclosure required by this bill will shed light on conflicts of interest, self-dealing, or influence from domestic and foreign business interest."

This is very sad, I am confused as to why the cop started shooting
Was the lady armed?
The dog perhaps saw the police as a threat?
Why couldn't the police either :
- shoot at the ground, the noise would of likely scared it
- pepper spray
- kick
- climb over the fence or get between an obstacle
His judgement/decision was incredibly poor and perhaps an inexperienced cop?
