I think I've done it?

I see my pledge for the terraformer package. But I do not see my Firefall credit program.
A bit confused by the "1 raised, $1 goal"
Are the Firefall credit program stats still saved and it's simply not shown on that page? Or have I fallen the the cracks?

After validating your forum ID, you'll be linked to the new Em-8er website.

In the STAGE 3 you can tick "Yes..." and enter your mail, but if it doesn't work you'll receive the following message: "Either there is no backer by that email address or the address has already been claimed."
Check "No" (since you can add your e-mail later).

Check your e-mail.

Now you're logged into the new website. On the top right menu go MY ACCOUNT.
You have to check if your mail is REALLY Verified.

Click the Plus sign.

Re-Confirm your e-mail.

Submit.
Last step! You'll have to verify your address.
Click Resend Email.

Verify your email.
Now you should see a green check mark.

Congratz! You can now check your perks by clicking CAMPAIGNS & PERKS !

I get this error

It means entered email address has no perks associated with it. Make sure you are entering correct address, it's case sensitive. You can go to IndieGoGo, login to your account, look at contributions to see if you have anything associated with your account and if so go to settings and copy the exact email address.

I have checked I’m a deepscanner
And enter my Indiegogo email case sensitive but I still got the same error any admin able to assist me with this issue?

Anyway.

Hi! Firefall credits will be imported to users accounts in our next major web push. Don't worry, we have all your commander packs, etc. stored up and safe!
