Helium is innert, Joe. It does nothing unless you're talking fusion.

It may not react to oxygen, but i bet it will react to other gases in an exothermic reaction. ^^
Helium is part of the Noble gases because it's highly stable. So it won't react.
But if just want a big boom.... Helium tends to be stored in a pressurized vessels. You just need to rupture the tank appropriately to get an explosion.

No, unless ionized, helium is not reactive in normal state. This comes from the saturation in it's electron cloud, it doesn't need more and doesn't give up any electron and as such won't react to anything.
