Yeah, good idea.

I absolutely swear by micro workouts these days. Been doing it for 5 years now, started out of necessity to save time and money, now i see no reason to go back. Works really well with calisthenics, resistance bands, kettlebells and rings for example. You can easily add some weights to that but imho, if you do a lot of compound exercises, then rings and resistance bands (you can always add bands) gets you the rest of the way there for hypertrophy.



Another great benefit of working out this way, is that you can just ramp it up or down depending on how you're feeling in that period of your life. Don't feel great, just get a couple of compound sets in and you're done for the day.
