Hello, I had a lifetime vip account in Firefall. Nick (Bratuha) and the same email address ([email protected]) - now nothing shines for me anymore? Except, how are the memories?

Unfortunately FF is dead and this isn't that game or company.

There will be many similarities though as Em.8ER is the spiritual successor of FF and some of the Red5 staff are helping out.

The Forums for Firefall are down, so no one can check if that is really you. Nothing can be done there.

I apologize as it seems I wasn't too clear. The credit program/offer for Em.8ER's in-game store related to having been a FF backer ended once R5 shut down the FF forums. The FF forum was used to verify backers at that time and since those forums are no more there is not an efficient process and/or tools available for the Crixa staff to use for verification's. Therefore that offer/program was ended.
