Ultralisk

"A gene also exists within the ultralisk's genetic code that exists with the sole purpose of growing heavily armored copies of the beast’s primary organs in random locations of its body." - the most awesome parts about the ultralisk, the only thing that is missing are the Swarmhost larvae:
"The larvae also feed on damaged tissue, sealing wounds, and destroying anything foreign that enters their domain."

Overlord

"[...]This creep is produced by the overlord liquifying its internal organs, with the creep being stored in multiple glands near the overlord's head. The process is instantaneous and takes place when space is needed for transportation of zerg ground strains. Overlords can regrow their organs at will, and can modify them to derive substance from inhospitable environments.[…]"

Thor

The Thor looms over the infantry.
"A massive mechanical human-shaped robot that protects its pilot while it wreaks destruction in its path, the Thor is a master of devastation whether on the sky, or on the ground. With the survivability of a pile of rocks, you can always count on a Thor to take to the front lines and make a big ol’ mess out there."
- Raynor's Raiders blurb

Archon

"In times of great need, two High Templar or Dark Templar can merge into a single entity that radiates overwhelming psionic power and rage. The decision to lay down the lives of valuable Templar is never made lightly. Perhaps their energy was spent. Maybe the warriors themselves chose this final act of sacrifice over succumbing to their injuries. Regardless of its origins, the Archon's presence on the battlefield fills the minds of all beings - psionic or otherwise - with primal fear and awe."
