Pez is *more than likely* bound in non competition clause. I'd say if Ember did go the crowd funding route with stretch goals, FadedPez could probably be our community manager by the time Ember launched (Which I'd assume would be somewhere in late 2018) I believe Marks was 2 years although I might be thinking of another ex tribe dev.
