Oh ok. Weird I thought gate codes were maybe only distributed via email. I’m glad you don’t feel bad that I’ve missed out on some, or all of them. :p

So gate codes are neat. They’re this really cool thing that shows up in my email. By the time I receive the email from Crixia, they’re all used. What gives?

Greetings! I've been trying to get satisfaction/updates on a trouble ticket for several months now. I'm not sure how I can get further assistance. I've tried web entry and also monthly responses to my email chain. Is there a better way to pursue assistance? Thanks in advance for all your help...
