As per Grummz's announcement on Discord, the Kickstarter is due to go live in about 3 months. You have time until then to upgrade the M3 packs.

Once the Kickstarter goes live, this program will be closed.

Minimum of 3 months, this is aggressive. A lot depends on animation time. We've chosen a locomotion and IK system for the game, so we are currently doing a full set of anims for the human. You have time to upgrade, don't worry. We will let you know if it gets close.

I cannot upgrade because there is not an option to. Under the order history, it is blank. But I did sync my indiegogo account and it shows I backed at $150. I have the title here, but no way to upgrade or see my purchase under purchase history.

The founder credit program ran for 6 months last year. Every Firefall forum user was sent 2 emails, one about Em-8ER and one about the credit program using private messages on by then barren FF forums which in turn sent email notification to the user. For most it landed in spam folder (because some people were salty and flagged it as such, which is used by google and others as gauge for everyone else). We did our best to reach as many people as possible, but we had 0 email addresses to work with.

Whole verification system was based off public information on Firefall forums. When those died and we had no control over it, the whole offering had to be stopped, data can no longer be retrieved I'm sorry.
