I don´t think this thing of mounts fits on this game, at least for me, I probably would not be here if mounts were part of the initial descripton of this project, also, I see it as a dangerous deviation from the initial idea, that could lead to a unwanted behaviour pattern, like stating...

If I have to judge by what I have seen, I would say that first there is this mechs with guns and stuff, and then this pets and mounts.....just like another totally different game

Dunno if related to development, but I got 10 ms minus of lag on the pve server than the pvp server and about 30-40 ms minus of lag on the old plasma weapons demo, so in the pvp server in medium settings I got around 230 ms...in the pve server , same settingss, got 220 ms and in the old...

You can use ATNsoft key remapper https://atnsoft.com/keyremapper/ for to remap your keys in the way you want or need, you can even set different key maps for different games

I would suggest some communication system (chat), a weapon, and something to shoot at it if possible on this stage of development, so people will keep connected, have fun and start building a player base for later in the game
