As far as scope goes I can see pretty much everything coming to fruition, especially with UE5 coming. The thing that creates a knot in my brain is trying to imagine how can the push-pull effect of the world be balanced. At least in a way that looks plausible. But maybe I'm overthinking it.

I think the more interesting part is how the layers on maps are gonna be used. Landscape changing with terraforming and such except that in a much better scale than was possible before.
