Ah that's annoying, would be worth to make a note of the card expiry date somewhere to see such as on a sticky note for the future.
Changing card i think seems straight forward, when you login to
https://my.em8er.com/
- Go to My Accounts & perks (located near the top right side)
- Go to Manage (located under My subscriptions
- Go to Change payment card (under Summary)
- Enter new card number & date then go to Submit
I would hope they would understand so not to lose your saving if possible, and which subscription you have taken e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or even Yearly.
