Kamen America code

I got the Kamen America redemption code in the mail and it links to the redeem site, but when I try to enter it I get this error message "User is not valid for redemption". Not sure why I'm not valid.

Yup same issue, cant actually redeem it. "user is not valid for redemption" is what I get as well.

I have just done it and gone through these steps and it works perfectly for me.

1) Went to https://crossover.em8er.com/ember2ka
2) Used email same as i use for Em8er
3) Checked my email and copied code
4) login to https://my.em8er.com/login
5) Scrolled down to the bottom of page left side, click redeem code
6) Pasted code in box and accepted, a successful message appeared.

Perhaps it works now?
