Have you tried restarting your router & computer and then trying to see if it makes a difference?
Are you on a wireless connection if so worth getting ethernet cable and directly connecting.
I am not a computer whizz but that's what i do, and you could even contact your internet service provider to see if there is anything they could do to help maybe?
For me the internet speed for Em8er site is good i have not experienced any issues personally.

I forgot to say that I always had this low speed with Em-8er, I tried few speedtests on random server in USA and the speed is low. Looks like I'm too far

There is a EU server. I believe it's based in Ireland. Don't know how active it is though.
