Yeah. Back in pre 1.6, I made a L40 purple ionised microplasma shotgun. This could 1-hit anything below 50k HP. I even used it during kanaloa/baneclaw raids and BK runs. Very OP in its own right.

The weapon mod increases damage by 98%, but decreases mag size by 60%, ROF by 40 or 50 I think and accuracy by 30. Only the assault rifle, shotgun and SMG could be fitted with it.
