I don't think I could make a top 20 list of my favorite games, let alone 3. Also, there are many titles that strongly influenced me in my youth years, but which i don't like anymore. For example, I revered Silent Hill 2 when i was in my teens, yet now it's just meh to me.

Yeah, i know, and im already part of the higher class (lvl 59 fml, gosh so much exp to collect...) i spend already "some" money on the game (like 20€) and its still pretty fun. a Standalone for steam called "Contract Wars 2.0 Standalone" is already in development and through steam greenlight, its available for Windows, OS X and linux :3

i spent it for unbreakables, Meta lvls, camouflages (2 of them), premium weapons (Thor, Mosina, AK-12), my Gunsmith elite UZI :3, some hard W-Tasks (RPD, Veresk, etc. jsut for achievements and Meta points. I'm mainly playing Hardcore. and not too rare with lvl 70 (max lvl) players, is still kinda fun xD

Archon 1 & 2 - Commodore 64. Such amazing games for their time! I couldnt even hazard a guess how many hours my friends and I played this game.

Everquest 1 - set the stage for most modern MMO's (even if they have all gone super casual and dumbed down), while fostering amazing communities though group required content, all well before the days that voice coms were in wide use.

Mass Effect 3 - Amazing game to play though on Insanity and Co-op mode would get played to this day by myself if they had continued with DLC for it.

Tetris - though I was saddened to learn some fool is actually making a tetris movie.
Tyrian - a vertical shooter with a good story, more secret weapons and weapons you can normally acquire than any other vertical shooter on the market with a top notch upgrade system. It's also free.

#2 Warhammer 40K games, there's so many which are almost copies of each other i'll group em up.
