for the aiming its also very very slow when i try to 360 at my mouse sensitivity in game, you can only 360 fast enough when the in game sensitivity is above medium imo

Hello, please tell me) At what stage is the game and how far is it before the beta version?

Em-8ER is currently in a pre-pre-alpha or pre-Kickstarter phase.
What this means is, it's too early to estimate an alpha, beta, or release date at this time.

It is very possible that AFTER the Kickstarter, Grummz may have a better idea and be able to give an estimate on when the alpha, betas, and release dates may be.
