It was a joke. I am aware of the concept of two states happening at once. There was more recent work done testing wind up penguins that are set loose to go down this path that diverges into two and then back together where the results were totally different depending on if they were actually witnessed by a person or not. I guess it goes along with the concept that humans have tiny effects on physics blah blah blah too much documentary channel late at night when I can't sleep. Quantum Theory is pretty cool though.
