Possible speed improvement by disabling "full screen optimizations"

For anyone who has had trouble with the (admittedly poorly-optimized) test build speeds, try this out and report back.

- make a shortcut to the executable
- right-click, properties
- compatibility, disable full screen optimizations
- within the game, check its settings to make sure it's full screen.
