UPDATE: This was since fixed. It was a problem from having multiple accounts which were merged during the forum's creation.
I have trouble knowing when chief chats are happening. There is a channel in Discord which frequently has out of date information.
Other people are getting an email update. Two hours beforehand isn't good enough for me, but I can at least start with that. I am not, however, receiving an email.

Is there a separate newsletter or something?
