Missing Python Bike Skin

First off, I hope I am posting this in the right place. Sorry if its not, feel free to move it as needed. Anyway, way back when the python bike skin was being sold, I bought it via PayPal. But I have never seen it in my account's inventory. Can that be fixed please and added to my account? If you need evidence that I actually bought it, I have a email receipt that proves I really did.
