"How the Grummz saved Em-8ER" a re-telling of a classic Christmas poem
And the Grummz, with his Grummz-feet ice cold in the snow,
Stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so?
It came without ribbons. It came without tags.
It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled ’till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grummz thought of something he hadn’t before.
What if Em-8ER, he thought, doesn’t come from a store?
What if Em-8ER, perhaps, means a little bit more?
And what happened then? Well, in the Forums they say
That the Grummz's small heart grew three sizes that day!
And then the true meaning of Em-8ER came through,
And the Grummz found the strength of ten Grummz, plus two!
And now that his heart didn't feel quite so tight,
He whizzed with his load through the bright morning light
With a smile to his soul, he descended Mount Developer
Cheerily blowing "Who! Who!" on his trumpet.
He rode into the Em-8ER Discord. He brought them new toys.
He brought fun and Joy to all the Reaper girls and boys.
He brought them their Omniframes, their Catsup packs and skins.
Brought them their guns, their missiles and glider wings.
He brought them everything, all the goodies for the game!
And he, he himself, the Grummz dropped a new Demo, that wasn't the same!
