Em-8ER micro-update: Em8ER - $250 PC + New Hair = 60fps

This wasn't posted on the forums, so in case you missed the announcement on discord, here you go:

This is a follow-up to the $250 PC build for Em-8ER. The team has completely replaced the hair system (NVIDIA HairWorks). They are now using Epic's cloth simulation and hair shaders from Paragon.
