Double Charges?

Hey reiksmagister. Duplicate transactions are more often than not a visual bug on, as are the transactions appearing in non-chronological order.

Double check your bank account statement to see if you have been charged twice. They appear as "Crixa Labs".

It seems like I’ve been double charged for the months of February and March with the $7.95 subscription fee.

My first reply would be to have you check your bank and be sure you were actually double charged on both months.

This is a known visual glitch but, it usually does NOT incur double charges at your bank.

I know this because it happened on my account as well.

Please let me know if we need to take further steps to resolve it and I'll send the issue up the chain.
