Did you think make a "Replay Tool" as in old Firefall for Fans video makers ?

i remember the Replay Tool was realy so cool for video makers fans, and i hope now have a new and powerfull PC could make good video, and so hoping the Tools replay be back?
And you what did you think about it?

Didn't even know they had this replay tool with the possibilities to create such videos as Em8er short stories, Em8er music video, Em8er news specials highlighting the current state of a zone, Em8er fashion with slow mo cat walks etc etc
