The central nervous system acts like a charger and discharger of your emotional and physical energy.

It also plays a huge role in how you feel, you use your nervous system to feel. Negativity and insecurity are, in essence just forms of chronic anxiety. Anxiety is an overstimulation of the nervous system. Positivism and confidence are again, on a purely neurological level just a lack of this anxiety.

We meditate, do relaxation and nervous system healing exercises but i'm going to challenge you to do something extremely difficult. Im going to challenge you to stop trying.

In order to learn how to control the flow of our Chi, we first must learn how to preserve it.
Effortless self-control.

What if the things you want most could only be achieved the moment you stop trying to get them?

Do or do not, there is no try. Good luck and may the force be with you, always.
