Greetings Reapers,

Are your ears ready for the smooth voice of the main man himself? That's right, it's time for a Chief Chat. Today at 1 pm PST, Grummz will be on Em-8er discord discussing some ideas on player run servers and the base building economy. Come get some new info and be ready to share your feedback.

As usual, I'll be on as well to back him up and help get the community questions heard. So don't miss it, and don't be shy.

discussing base building economy sounds fun. However, I strongly object to having player run servers for 3 reasons:

1. It will divide the player base, which means less fun for those who want a massive army vs tsihu/kaiju.
2. If not properly implemented, it could give the players who run the servers an unfair advantage.
3. Some players may make troll servers that have dumb rules or something.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE unless someone can refute my arguments don't make player run servers.
