Cannot find my backer status

I was feeling nostalgic about Firefall and thought it was time to check up on this project.
It has been a few years and I am trying to remember what all I backed for. I know I participated in M3 and the Firefall Credit Program, and have a vague recollection of M1. I cannot find anywhere on the site that shows credit on my account for any of it. I see the "new" user portal on the sidebar but that page says I have no packages. Maybe the Credit and $5 M3 pledge don't count a packages. Is there another page I am missing?

Really I just want to make sure my account isn't messed up and, if it is, how to go about correcting that. I still have an email receipt from M3 if needed.

Hey Krent welcome back!

I'd first do this:

1) login into https://my.em8er.com/login
2) Click on "My Accounts & Perks" this is found near the top right side of the page.
3) Scroll down slowly right to the bottom of the page to see anything you should have Commander for the Firefall credit program.

the Credit and $5 M3 pledge don't count a packages.
From what is shown in campaigns for M3 backers (In the Red outline)

To be able to play the Demo you could:

A) Wait for chief chat and go into Em8er discord channel for a chance to win a pack
B) Go to newcomer pack and purchase a pack
C) If you like nice skins Subscribe to the monthly patron its on a special deal of $1 currently for 1 month
and gives access to previous Demo to the latest.


If there are still nothing shown, directly message @Ronyn or @Faeryl who can provide the required support,
you can also contact them in the Em8er Discord channel too.

I hope everything gets resolved and cleared up.

Strange, I don't see this option. When I log out more options appear at the top but as soon as I login they disappear. I can't even navigate to the newcomer packs. If I manually enter the address I can get to https://my.em8er.com/perks and when I scroll to the bottom it says: "Your packages, inventory and subscriptions have moved to the My Account page" which takes me to: https://my.em8er.com Again no pledges listed.

Well, thank you. At least it gave me something to look for. I wonder if the website is slightly broken or something wonky with my browser or pc. I will check back tomorrow and see if any one else has an idea, and then might try to dm someone.

This is what i would do personally even though i am not a computer tech just a regular computer user.

- Which browser are you using?
- Is the browser the latest version?
- Do you have certain add on's sometimes this could affect the site, perhaps try disabling the add on and if there are unwanted one's could remove them and see if this makes a difference?
- Sometimes a clean installation of a browser might help you can import your bookmark list etc too.
- Have you checked if it is the same on another browser?

For the computer side

- Is your operating system updated?
- Are your drivers updated?
- Have you done a full recent anti-virus/anti-malware scan?
- Have you done a recent scan of your computer for errors / disk clean up?
- Have you done a defragment of your hard drive or Trim if it is ssd drive?


I still have an email receipt from M3 if needed.
Very handy as proof, that way the staff can check their records to speed up the process.


Hope this helps in some way and for the issue to be resolved soon

To clarify, when you log into your account (at
https://my.em8er.com/login), it should take you to the "Campaigns" page (https://my.em8er.com/perks).

Once you are logged into your account, you should also see the following menu at the top right hand corner of the page...

I'm assuming there may have been some confusion here.
If you are still having trouble, let me know.


This next section should help you and anyone who may be having trouble navigating the website once they are logged into their account.

If you click on the "My Account & Perks" hyperlink it should take you to another page. At the top of that page it will say "Account Information". Displayed below that is your Em-8ER ID, E-mail, and Password.

If you scroll down the page, the next section you will see is "My Inventory". This is where any skins you have on your account will be displayed. For signing up for an account, you should see the "Valkyr" skin in this section. Any other premium skins displayed here would be dependent on if you won any raffles, or participated in a special promotion (ie: Kamen America), or if you are subscribed to the Em-8ER Patron Subscription program.

If you continue to scroll down the page, the next section you will see is "My Packages".
This section is where:

1) Any of the Backer packs related to the campaign(s) you supported from Indiegogo - M1, M2, or M3 (if you connected the same email you used during those campaigns), should appear.

In case you want to check those packs, here are links to the individual CLOSED campaign pages:

Sorry for late reply, got busy this week. Thank you Faeryl for the screen shot and additional info, I was wondering what it should look like. And, yeah, I have none of those options. Once I log in my only option is to log out. I cannot even navigate around the site normally. Forum is fine, using links here like what you posted or typing them in manually I can get around. I also notice the background images in your screenshots are different, but maybe those change?

On the page you mention I see "Account Information" and "My Packages" and a few other sections but there is no "My Inventory" section so not even the Valkyr shows, which every account should have if I understand. And the My Packages section says I have no packages.

To make sure it isn't something on my end I have checked to make sure Google Chrome is up to date. I then tried using Microsoft Edge. And logging in from another PC. All look the same. I am feeling pretty certain something is goofy with my account. Looking around the forum I get the impression Ronyn is the one to contact about account issues. Should I send a DM or is there a ticket system that would be preferred?

Hi Krent!!

Before I give further instructions on who to contact, let me ask a few more questions. You mentioned you participated in the Indiegogo campaign M3.

Do you recall if you created your my.em8er.com account by linking the email you used when you participated on Indiegogo?

If you did not sign up on my.em8er.com using that same email, or link that same email to your my.em8er.com account, that *could* be the issue.

If that's not the case, then there are more steps to take.

The email shown in my account information here is the same one I used on indiegogo. I don't know if that counts as linked. There is a section called "Linked Accounts" under Account Information where it says "OTHER CROWDFUNDING E-MAIL ADDRESSES". I tried to put the same email in there today to see if that helps but have not received the validation email. It has been about a half-hour and it is getting late so I will check it again tomorrow.

I have personally used 2 different emails one for the link to indiegogo and the other for the account.

Have you logged into indiegogo with the email to check the contribution details and see that its the right email too?

That I am aware of, there is no time limit.
Folks who backed on any of the 3 Indiegogo campaigns - M1, M2, or M3 should be able to link up the same email address they used on Indiegogo with their Em-8er account, at any time.

@Krent , I have put in a request up the chain as to what steps should be taken next since you haven't had any luck resolving the issue.

Have you logged into indiegogo with the email to check the contribution details and see that its the right email too?
I will try that too.
EDIT: It seems I never verified my email on indiegogo. I have done so now. Maybe that will trigger something. It does show my contribution to M3 there.

Your best bet would be to contact Ronyn. Drop a private message here, on the forums. If you are on discord, send him a DM on there.

Additionally, you could send an email to [email protected] stating your issue and providing any relevant details.
