I know JRPG's are antiquated but the Suikoden series has been very strong in every release. Although the 5th was the weakest one. I played the hell out of all of them to get all 108 stars of destiny for all endings and maxed out gear for all playable characters. Due to Em-8ER's project, when i see the terms 'spiritual successor' applied to a title I hold dear to my heart, I'm going to be damn sure to support it.

I didn't know this game but it seems to have exactly the style I like in JRPG games.
I just added it to my wishlist on Steam, and now I'm hoping it releases soon.

That’s the best I can find. It will be one of the less than ten Steam games I have bought at full price.
