heh, it will probably heal in less than a week like my ankle, but still shit, i didn't go to my training 'cause of it Dx
(BTW: i got my share of sprained things too, but i never broke my bones xD)
That is great i mean great that you haven't had any broken bones because its quite poopy really!
welp, for that i had many sprained limbs, and i probably didn't sprain my triggerfinger but tore my fibres a bit (happened to my with my ankle before i sprained it last wednesday, it's far more painful than spraining something, and also more annoying 'cause the movement f the part is very limited and it swells up :F though not completely torn through, but that would probably be also less painful...)
when your ankle gets healed up worth using a balance disc/bosu ball for strengthening the ankle or the easiest way is stand on 1 leg and get someone to poke you lightly and try to lose your balance :D with the trigger finger using an eagle claw works great even a powerball alternatively grab an old towel or rope and play tug of war!
