Not true, I'm back after a couple months break, downloaded the full client again and logged in at 1st try. I'm still playing every day a couple of hours more or less. Just my advice, don't use the launcher, start the game directly using the FireFallclient.exe and don't use the latest Nvidia drivers, the game won't start if you have anything higher than the version 376.33

That message about "server not found" is just an error, keep trying till you are in or reset client, it happens due to lag between the client and the server.

yeah, it's pretty much on Life support now anyway. All instances are no longer possible. Only open world content. I still enjoy roaming around playing classes from time to time. I still haven't even played a couple of classes. So I actually have something to do while I'm there before the game flatlines permanently.
