Stuck and unable to Verify Firefall Account Existence in https://emberbot.jadex.eu/founders/

Would appreciate if I can get some help here though I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for help.

Please see News and Announcements for the new FAQ. You need to make sure your FF username is in the field. And the Firefall domain was down for a bit but is back up now.
