At least you're not alone in thinking this. This sucks to hear and I really hope they manage to get it sorted out for you ASAP.

I'm not saying to entirely ditch all Firefall influence, but let's not get TOO stuck in the past and let's try new things! If I wanted Firefall 2, I would have backed Firefall 2.

I think it's important for you to understand that Em8ER is NOT Firefall. It is a spiritual successor. Leave the Firefall in Firefall and let's try something new.

This is all personal, mind you, but IMO selling cosmetics, mounts, etc, is all meaningless if the game they're supposed to feature in doesn't exist yet. Nothing guarantees that Em8ER will be funded at the kickstarter (and trust me, I really want it to succeed) and then all the cosmetics the subs...

This is the exact reason I don't think they should have started selling them so early :/
