7/7/2018 8:34pm CST I was finally able to get into my.Em8er. Don't know what happened since I never got any response but thank you to whomever helped.

I'm getting same problem. I use Excite and have checked inbox and junk mail and still nothing.

I click on link to access the "my.em8er.com" site and all i get is a page telling me a confirmation email has been sent but nothing ever shows up and I've checked the spam and inbox. My Dad was able to do this without any problem on his account but when we go through the same steps on my account...
